We asked one of our valued members, Kamila, why she is a member of the Better Bristol Lottery, after she won! Here is what Kamila had to say…
“I’m very grateful. This money will support my family financially during this challenging and uncertain time. I joined the scheme as my son was fortunate to take part in a trip to Bordeaux last year as part of the Bristol Together Championships programme. It was a life changing experience. Community of Purpose are an amazing and inspirational team!”
Better Bristol Lottery has been running for 4 years, with a total of 4,290 winners so far. It has raised an additional £228,800.00 towards Community of Purposes’ programmes in that time. Whilst the income it generates is modest, it provides a steady stream that we are able to put to good use – and of course, our hope is to keep growing it.
